The development will benefit from an Estate Manager who will visit regularly and check that the development is sound and that the residents are safe and happy. You can lock up and leave your property safe in the knowledge that the Estate Manager will ensure essential jobs are taken care of. The Estate Manager will be responsible for all the maintenance of communal areas/facilities, external window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and external redecoration. They can also help you arrange for additional services such as internal window cleaning, doorstep refuse collection and handy man services should you need them.

There are plenty of walking trails around Ross-on-Wye, many follow the beautiful River Wye. If you head slightly further out of the town there is the Royal Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley within reach which are a walker paradise.


There is a large library in the centre of Ross, which is well stocked with a variety of books. There are also computers available inside free of charge as well as printing facilities for a small charge. There are plenty of tables and chairs should you wish to use it is as a study space.
