The scheme is an ideal option for anyone who has a property to sell, but is unable or would prefer not to sell it prior to moving, but wishes to become a resident at The Fairways quickly.

How can you benefit from AST?

How does it work?

The process is easy and very similar to that of buying a property. You choose your apartment and, subject to a short questionnaire, we will confirm if an AST is available or not.

While you are in the property a rent will be charged, as well as ground rent and wellbeing charges as outlined below:

  • Months 1– 3: rent free
  • Months 4 – 6: 3% rent of the full asking price
  • Months 7 – 12: 6% rent of the full asking price
  • Plus ground rent and wellbeing charges on all months

During this time, you will be able to market and sell your property leaving you free to complete on the purchase of your apartment in your own time.
