The Chocolate Quarter, Keynsham
The former Cadbury’s Factory in Keynsham has been transformed into a vibrant new community within a 220-acre masterplan of homes, a school and local amenities. In 2014, MF Freeman Group acquired the commercial element, including 300,000 sq ft of historic Victorian factory buildings, with plans to repurpose them into assisted living, a care home and supporting spaces. The scheme was later acquired by St Monica’s Trust and is now nearing completion, showcasing how heritage buildings can be sensitively reimagined to create lasting community value.
